TNSTC and KSRTC operates buses to Top Slip and Parambikulam. Due to its remote location and hilly terrain, it is accessible only through Anamalai Tiger Reserve from Tamil Nadu side. The roads are very narrow with numerous hairpin bends passes through thick forests of Anamalai and Parambikulam Tiger Reserves.
